The Homeschool World Series Committee is responsible for handling the administrative details of the Varsity team's trip to the Homeschool World Series. Responsibilities include interfacing with the HWSA, logistical planning, lodging, transportation and finances. The Committee welcomes the input of any interested parent, especially those of High School players.

Responsible for communicating deadlines to all HWS families, collecting all required paperwork and submitting paperwork to the Homeschool World Series Association.

Responsible for evaluating housing options for the HWS and, together with the HWS Committee, deciding on a solution. Also responsible for communication with the HWS families regarding the solution, deadlines and costs.

Responsible for ensuring that there is water and gatorade in the dugout for the players and coaches during all HWS practices and games.

Responsible for organizing the team cookout during the HWS for all players, coaches and families.

Responsible for organizing Live Streaming of all HWS games. This includes ensuring technical details are taken care of and necessary volunteers (setup, announcers, etc...) are scheduled.
